Section 3 — Online Store & Bookings

• All appointments must be booked online via our booking platform.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• Pricing, promotions, and available services may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.

• A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or SMS

Section 4 — SMS Marketing & Appointment Reminders (A2P 10DLC Compliant)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive:

Section 5 — Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of deposits and may be charged the remaining balance.

Repeated no-shows may lead to account suspension.
